Service description:
Every other week you will get a tip on how to excel in the workplace. Topics will include work readiness, ethics, customer service, how to get along with supervisors, how to get along with co-workers, teamwork, and more. Employees: sign up to help turn your job into a career. Supervisors: sign up your staff to help develop them into your "dream team". Subscribers will also have access to a bulletin board where they can post their workplace questions and issues, and get feedback from other members of this service, some of whom may have been in your exact situation in the past. I will also chime in from time to time on the bulletin board. All tips are given by Jay Goldberg who developed a work readiness certification training program called the best in the United States by a member of the National Skills Standard Board during a presentation of the Program in Jacksonville, Florida on 01/14/03. Mr. Goldberg is also the author of the book, "How to Get, Keep and Be Well Paid in a Job", a book that received a five-star review from the Midwest Book Review, an entity that reviews books for libraries. The review concluded that the book "is highly recommended for community library career collections."
