Service description:
Every other week you will get a tip on how to excel in the workplace. Topics will include work readiness, ethics, customer service, how to get along with supervisors, how to get along with co-workers, teamwork, and more. Employees: sign up to help turn your job into a career. Supervisors: sign up your staff to help develop them into your "dream team". Subscribers will also have access to a bulletin board where they can post their workplace questions and issues, and get feedback from other members of this service, some of whom may have been in your exact situation in the past. I will also chime in from time to time on the bulletin board. All tips are given by Jay Goldberg who developed a work readiness certification training program called the best in the United States by a member of the National Skills Standard Board during a presentation of the Program in Jacksonville, Florida on 01/14/03. Mr. Goldberg is also the author of the book, "How to Get, Keep and Be Well Paid in a Job", a book that received a five-star review from the Midwest Book Review, an entity that reviews books for libraries. The review concluded that the book "is highly recommended for community library career collections."

This is an annual service. You will get 26 workplace tips a year (one every other week) from author, work readiness training program developer, Jay Goldberg; and have access to a subscriber bulletin board where you can share workplace issues and observations. The benefit of using this low-cost, fee-based service over a free-service is that most people on the board will be individuals who are serious about advancing at work and seeing their earnings grow. The fee helps minimize the "garbage" on the bulletin board, and results in meaningful, helpful dialogs.

Lastly, this is a one-cycle service. Down the line I will have advanced tracts that will also be annual services. Therefore, every subscriber will get the same 26 tips, and no one will mistakenly renew the subscription only to get tips that he/she previously received.
