What is WisdomPan and how does it work?
WisdomPan is an Online Advising Community that is aimed at connecting people who have expert knowledge with those who need that knowledge. WisdomPan provides a variety of online tools that facilitate this transfer of knowledge, therefore creating a democratization of human knowledge.
How do I become a WisdomPan member?
To become a member, click on the Register link on the upper right hand corne, or Click here
How do I change the email notifications?
You can set up various email alerts to notify you of the activities of your advisers and your subscribers.
To change the notification settings, simply log into your WisdomPan account, click on the Account tab, then Settings, and then Notifications, or Click here.

How much does WisdomPan cost?
The service fees are determined by the advisors. When you make a payment to your advisor,
WisdomPan deducts between 2.50% and 5.75% from the payment to cover its transaction and
processing costs and transfers the remaining amount to the advisor.
After purchasing a service from an Advisor, how do I give them feedback?
Once you purchase a service, you can give feedback by logging into your WisdomPan account, clicking on the 'My Subscriptions' tab, then on 'Rate my Advisors'.
I purchased a repeating subscription service. How do I cancel my subscription renewal?
Canceling your subscription is very easy. Simply log into your account and click on the My Subscriptions tab, then click on Manage My Subscriptions. select the subscription you would like to cancel and click on Suspend Renewal.
How do the charges on my credit card show up as on my credit card statement?
Services purchases through WisdomPan.com will show up on your credit card statement as charges from Insight Options, Inc
What type of payments does WisdomPan currently accept?
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard.
How do I become a WisdomPan Advisor?
After becoming a WisdomPan member. Click on Becoming an Advisor, you will be prompted to fill out your advisor profile. Once you complete your advisor profile, you can start setting up your services on the topics of your choice.
What kind of billing plan can I setup to bill for my advice and services?
There are currently two type of billing plans you can use to bill your advice and services: Bill by Subscription or Bill by Consultation.
What is Bill by Subscription?
Bill by subscription allows you to setup occurring billing cycles where you bill your subscribers at predetermined intervals of your choosing, such as biweekly, monthly, or annually.
What is Bill by Consultation?
Bill by Consultation allows you to charge a one time fee to help someone to solve one problem or to answer one question.
How do I get paid?
When a WisdomPan member purchases your service, the payment will be deposited into your account at WisdomPan. Once you have more than $10.00 in your account, you can request a check to be mailed to you by going to My Account -> Billing -> Payment Requests
What is WisdomPan's Fee structure?

How do I provide advices to my subscribers?
You can provide advices in two ways using either the Subscriber Advising Portal, or the Private Message Board. The Subscriber Advising Portal allows you to send out advice to all of your subscriber at the same time. The Subscriber Advising Portal also contains a message board. The Private Message Board is conversation track between you and each one of your subscribers. Through the private message board you and your subscriber can lead private discussions. The private message boards also give you the ability to transfer an unlimited amount of files.
How are the advisors judged in providing excellent service?
The adviser ratings are driven primarily by the subscribers. When a subscriber purchases a service, they will be given a questionnaire that will rate the adviser in the following fields.
